This is the first time that vintage Tudor replica watch have opened with a retailer whose first interest is in vintage, but Olsen thinks that this will be a significant boost for the brand’s perception in a globally important vintage watch district.
The much sought-after vintage models include the Oyster Prince as used by the Royal Navy during the historic British North Greenland Expedition; rare, early versions of the original Advisor and several highly desirable Oyster Prince Submariners – currently on display are pieces produced for the South African and Argentine naval forces.
To reinforce the link between the best Swiss-made fake Tudors old and new, you won’t find any Fastrider Chrono or GranTour models in Duggan’s windows.
We snapped a couple of beautiful Monte Carlo chronographs, but were too late even for the Big Blocks – rumour has it that a regular customer took a fancy to them and bought Duggan’s entire stock (although one was in fact still there – see below). But, of course, the most prized pieces are the chronographs – “Monte Carlo” and “Big Block” pieces in particular.
The relative values of vintage Tudor and contemporary production certainly reinforce the idea that vintage Tudor watch replica is a brand with a future.
In the rich saga of Tudor chronographs blue watch replica, reference 7169 – better known to afi cionados as the TUDOR “Montecarlo” chronograph – is an absolute icon.
While all the aesthetic codes that contributed to the recognition of the historic model remain – a synthesis of the original spirit of the timepiece and a faithful reproduction of its key characteristics – TUDOR’s Style Workshop has
added many modern touches to update the iconic spirit of this mens fake Tudor watch and endow it with a timeless strength to make it “tomorrow’s icon”.TUDOR’s approach to the design of this watch was exactly the same as for all the watches in the Heritage line since 2010. Far from being merely a new version, it is a unique reinterpretation in which past, present and future converge in both time and style.
To revitalize this legendary chronograph – imbued with the spirit of chic, sophisticated holiday destinations of the 1960s and 1970s, and reminiscent of carefree Mediterranean warmth and glamour – TUDOR has decided to reinterpret it and unveil the new TUDOR Heritage Chrono Blue.Since its launch in 1973, it has been produced in a number of different versions, the most fascinating featured distinctive touches of blue, grey and orange. This rare, historic chronograph was produced for only a few years. Today, it is greatly prized by collectors and is steadily increasing in value.
Waterproof to a depth of 150 metres (500 feet), the steel case, 42 mm in diameter (compared with 40 mm on the original) has a bidirectional bezel with a blue anodized aluminium insert. Under its sapphire crystal, it houses a self-winding mechanical chronograph movement with a 42-hour power reserve.
At a time when blue is “the new black”, the chromatic harmonies of blue, grey and orange suggest an undisputed modernity. The royal blue of the original model (1973) combines with a slightly lighter grey than that of the original to give birth to a watch as much at home in water as on land, radiating the Mediterranean spirit and its warmth.
The distinctive crown and pushers are knurled with a chrome fi nish. The crown is adorned with a blue lacquered shield.
As an additional refi nement, TUDOR’s new Heritage Chrono Blue comes with two bracelets, one in steel with a folding clasp, the other in reinforced fabric with a buckle. The fabric strap – the outcome of cooperation with a fi rm still carrying on the age-old art of traditional weaving – echoes the characteristic colours of the dial and provides exceptional wearing comfort: an extra touch for a chronograph that takes its inspiration from history but makes an utterly contemporary statement.
Inspired by history, but completely redesigned, the dial now has three-dimensional hour markers with two bevelled metallic edges defi ning an area fi lled with SuperLuminova for a stronger image and optimal legibility. It also features two counters located inside two blue trapezoidal shapes, one at 3 o’clock for the small seconds hand, and one at 9 o’clock for the famous 45-minute counter that marked the history of mens fake TUDOR chronographs in the 1970s.
By tradition, Tudor North Flag Replica watchmaking culture places the quality of its products and the experience of their wearers at centre stage. Historically, the movements used by the brand, sourced exclusively from Swiss suppliers, have always been required to achieve a high level of reliability and precision.
In addition to the hour, minute and central second functions, it provides an instant date display visible through an aperture positioned at 3 o’clock, as well as a power reserve indicator in the form of a disc at 9 o’clock. Beating to a frequency of 28,800 beats/hour or 4 Hz, the calibre TUDOR MT5621 is regulated by a variable inertia oscillator with silicon balance spring spring, held in place by a traversing bridge fixed at both sides to improve resistance to shocks and vibrations. Its self-winding system is bidirectional and, a first for a TUDOR product, it is certified by the Swiss Official Chronometer Testing Institute (COSC). The new calibre, TUDOR MT5621, powering the North Flag model, provides impressive autonomy. Its power reserve of approximately 70 hours means that its wearer can, for example, take off the watch on Friday evening and put it on again on Monday morning without having to wind it.
The remit for the development of the new TUDOR movements retains these high standards, requiring an unprecedented level of performance for the brand’s products.
In this spirit, and always with an experimental dimension in terms of materials and innovation, the technological cornerstone that forms the sporty lines of North Flag, Pelagos, Fastrider and Grantour presents a shared aesthetic language, the most representative feature of which is the entirely matt finish. Brushed middle cases, sandblasted details, matt colours: this choice provides a reading of the object through contrasting volumes rather than through plays of light. This is the language of plastic as opposed to a decorative approach, whose desired effect is the reinforcement of the functional and technological feel. The mens fake Tudor watches it encompasses present a subtle alchemy of references to the brand’s history and modernity, masterfully measured according to the cornerstone to which they belong.
The steel case Tudor copy watch was developed according to two main cornerstones, heritage and technology.
A magnificent example of a tool Tudor Pelagos replica watch and the symbol of a lifestyle made up of aquatic adventures, TUDOR Pelagos is one of the most complete traditional mechanical divers’ watches on the market.
In true pioneering spirit, for several years TUDOR has presented its products within the context of modern adventure. Some were fictional, such as the Fastrider Black Shield’s dark world of volcanic eruption, and some more realistic, like the Heritage Chrono Blue’s sunny Riviera and the Heritage Ranger’s journey across Arctic lands. The modern adventure is a new neo-romantic vision of our relationship with nature, marked by the desire for outdoor experiences in which aesthetics play an important role. This trend originates from the simultaneous need for activity and the desire to take calculated risks against the backdrop of the great outdoors.
As different as they may be, these worlds each embody an aspirational dimension with the promise of escape. And with that, comes a self-sufficiency that only TUDOR can inject by way of the ultimate tool watch. Technical, reliable, relevant and highly evocative, TUDOR watches are made for the modern adventurer, who expects a tool watch to know no limits other than those of his imagination and courage.
In 2015, this emblematic model has been updated with a movement manufactured by TUDOR and an additional colour combination, a reference to the most glorious period in the history of the brand’s divers’ watches.
By tradition, TUDOR’s watchmaking culture places the quality of its products and the experience of their wearers at centre stage. Historically, the movements used by the brand, sourced exclusively from Swiss suppliers, have always been required to achieve a high level of reliability and precision.
Its power reserve of approximately 70 hours means that its wearer can, for example, take off the Tudor watch replica on Friday evening and put it on again on Monday morning without having to wind it. In addition to the hour, minute and central second functions, it provides an instant date display visible through an aperture positioned at 3 o’clock. Beating to a frequency of 28,800 beats/hour or 4 Hz, the calibre TUDOR MT5612 is regulated by a variable inertia oscillator with silicon balance spring spring, held in place by a traversing bridge fixed at both sides to improve resistance to shocks and vibrations. Its self-winding system is bidirectional. And, a first for a TUDOR product, it is certified by the Swiss Official Chronometer Testing Institute (COSC).
In 2015, North Flag and Pelagos become the first TUDOR models to be fitted with movements developed and produced by the brand itself. A logical evolution of TUDOR’s development process, this introduction represents the first stage in a major industrial strategy aiming to provide greater independence to the brand founded by Hans Wilsdorf in 1926.
The remit for the development of the new TUDOR movements retains these high standards, requiring an unprecedented level of performance for the brand’s products. So the new calibre TUDOR MT5612, now powering the Pelagos model, provides impressive autonomy.
This technical update of the mens Tudor Pelagos copy watch is accompanied by the introduction of a new colour combination for the dial, bezel and rubber strap.
TUDOR unveils a new version of its best fake Tudor Heritage Black Bay divers’ watch.
The character of its dome-shaped dial, a detail common to the first TUDOR Submariner, is also drawn from this model. The imposing winding crown is a nod to a model presented in 1958 with the reference number 7924 and nicknamed “Big Crown” by collectors. Its characteristic angular hands, known by connoisseurs as “snowflakes”, were seen from 1969 to the early 1980s. These multiple references to the brand’s aesthetic heritage, combined with contemporary design elements such as the robust 41 mm steel case with a refined finish, a coloured, anodized aluminium crown tube, as well as superbly crafted interchangeable bracelets make the TUDOR Heritage Black Bay copy watch with a powerful identity that vividly embodies the brand’s renewal process.
The Heritage line by TUDOR is distinguished by the unique creative process of the brand’s Style Workshop as well as an exceptional attention to detail. Since 2010 and the presentation of the TUDOR Heritage Chrono, TUDOR has reinterpreted some of the key models in its history. The very opposite of a mere reedition, a Heritage product is the powerful result of a true temporal and stylistic encounter of past, present and future. The aesthetic codes that contributed to the renown of the historic models are preserved and injected with modern touches to update its iconic status. After winning the ‘Revival’ prize at the 2013 Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève for the first version of the TUDOR Heritage Black Bay model, this approach has become one of TUDOR’s defining hallmarks. The model derives its overall lines and its domed crystal from the brand’s first divers’ watch, the TUDOR Submariner reference 7922, launched in 1954.
Presented for the fi rst time in 2012 and one of the winners at the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève the following year, this model now comes in three versions – burgundy red, blue and black –, celebrating over 60 years of divers’ watches with extraordinary destinies
Radically different, the second model from the Black Bay family, dubbed the ‘Midnight Blue’ by the brand’s enthusiasts, presents an icy face and sharp contrasts, giving the watch the appearance of a professional, technical instrument. The new Black Bay “Black” is certainly the watch that comes closest to the pioneering spirit of TUDOR’s first divers’ watches. Combining historic patina with technology, it perfectly complements the Black Bay family. In a notable, unique visible detail, it adopts the famous red triangle of the unidirectional bezel from the TUDOR divers’ models of the late 1950s.
Mounted either on a brushed steel bracelet with folding clasp or on aged leather strap, also with a folding clasp, the Black Bay “Black” is accompanied by a second strap in black fabric. The strap, woven using time-honoured techniques by a traditional company, lends added value to TUDOR creations.
Like the models in the TUDOR Heritage line, the new Black Bay “Black” adopts this approach while at the same time forging its own identity, cleverly combining historic aesthetic elements that have not yet been reinterpreted. With its black dial, pink-gold hands and hour markers, cream-coloured luminescent material and burgundy red bezel, the original TUDOR Heritage Black Bay introduced in 2012 suggests the gentle warm patina of an antique Tudor replica watch.
Tudor Fastrider Black Shield watch replica was originally created in 2011 to mark the partnership between TUDOR and Ducati, becoming the technical and sporty TUDOR line dedicated to the world of performance motorbikes. The collaboration also extended to the customization of a Ducati Diavel using the same design language. In 2013, with the Fastrider Black Shield chronograph and its matt black monobloc cer amic middle case, TUDOR presented the result of a cross-disciplinary approach to design, connecting the world of sports motorbikes to that of fine watchmaking.
This generally com prises models with large displacement engines, often serving as the basis for customized versions in motorbike culture and exuding an unmistakable aura of great strength and inimitable style. The XDiavel is all that in a total black look, along with that little extra touch of elegance that only the legendary Italian manufacturer could give.In 2015, a new Ducati – the XDiavel – has inspired black ceramic fake TUDOR to create a new edition of its all- ceramic chronograph. With the impressively XDiavel motor bike calling for a relaxed, feet- forward riding position, Ducati enters the cruiser category.
With its matt black dial punctuated by white hour-markers and numerals, a white lumi nescent material, a white chronograph seconds hand, white chronograph totalizer and small-seconds hands, this chronograph enables at-a-glance readings that are ideal when at the controls of a powerful motorcycle. Sporting elegance, powerful lines and functionality are also the keynote characteristics of the new TUDOR Fastrider Black Shield. As well as ensuring seamless versatility from road to board room, the white on black contrast inspired by the XDiavel also guarantees excellent legibility.
Its mechanical self-winding movement offers a power reserve of approximately 46-hours and a fast-adjustment calendar function displayed through an aperture between at 4.30. Fitted with a matt black leather strap with white stitching, this new TUDOR Fastrider model is also available with a matt black rubber strap further reinforcing the watch’s technical and sporty DNA.
Waterproof to 150 meters and virtually scratchproof, the monolithic high-tech ceramic case of the new TUDOR Fastrider chronograph expresses technicality, performance and power by its all-matt look and its taut lines. Its angular yet sculpted contours echo the streamlined bodywork of a superbike. Its production based on ultra-high-temperature injection processes stems from industry-leading technological expertise and represents a unique performance for a watch in this price segment.
TUDOR AND TECHNOLOGY
TUDOR watches feature a subtle blend of references to the brand’s history alongside contemporary touches skilfully combined in varying proportions according to the pillar to which they belong.
In keeping with this spirit and consistently driven by an experimental attitude to materials and innovation, the technology models include the sporty TUDOR North Flag, Pelagos, Fastrider and Grantour lines. Each features a shared aesthetic vocabulary most vividly embodied in the all-matt finish, brushed middle cases, sandblasted details, and matt colours: this deliberate choice induces a vision of the object based on contrasting volumes rather than reflecting light, meaning a sculptural, form-based language as opposed to a more decorative approach.
The Tudor Fastrider Black Shield chronograph copy watch is steadily building, based on its two main pillars: heritage and technol ogy.
The characteristic elements of the Tudor Heritage Black Bay Bronze replica model’s personality have been drawn from TUDOR’s history. It inherits the general lines, as well as the dial and domed crystal, from the very first TUDOR diving watches.
The drilled holes on the side of the lugs and their particularly pronounced chamfering can be added to the list of notable historic design elements adopted in this new model. It features the particularly prominent winding crown from the famous 7924 refer ence of 1958, known as Big Crown. It borrows the characteristic angular hands, known as snowflake, from the Best quality Tudor copy watches delivered in large quantities to the French National Navy in the 1970s.
AN ALUMINIUM BRONZE ALLOY CASE
A combination of chocolate-brown dial and bezel – a first for TUDOR – with golden and beige accents, completes the model’s look. The visual effect is that of a patinated object that could have battled the waves on its owner’s wrist for many years, and seems to have been fashioned by him and his lifestyle.
The characteristic element of the Heritage Black Bay Bronze is an imposing bronze case, 43 mm in diameter, which is an aesthetic reference to the use of bronze in historic ships and other diving equipment. The choice of this metal, a high-performance aluminium bronze alloy, guarantees the development of a subtle and unique patina to match its user’s habits. In addition to a highly functional appearance in line with the world to which it pays tribute, the Heritage Black Bay Bronze has entirely brushed finishes that guar an tee a homogeneous development of the patina.
THE TUDOR MT5601 MANUFACTURE MOVEMENT
In 2015, TUDOR announced the first mechanical move ment in its history to have been developed, manufactured and assembled in-house. A high-performance calibre of excellent precision and proven robustness, it offers a 70-hour power reserve meaning that its wearer can, for example, take off the watch on Friday evening and put it on again on Monday morning without having to wind it. Beating to a frequency of 28,800 beats/hour or 4 Hz, the movement is regu lated by a variable inertia oscillator with silicon balance spring, held in place by a traversing bridge – a guaran-tee of its robustness. Furthermore, the movement is certified by the Swiss Official Chronometer Testing Institute (COSC).
This is a variant of the Bronze TUDOR watch replica manufactured movement developed specifically to equip the Heritage Black Bay Bronze model. Slightly larger in diameter and displaying hours, minutes and seconds functions, it bears the reference MT5601, in which “MT” stands for “Manufacture TUDOR”.
Around 18 months ago, Rolex’s “cheaper” brand Tudor has unveiled its blue dial Tudor Heritage Chronograph automatic replica watch that paid tribute to the legendary Tudor Oysterdate from the 1970s. Although less authentic, the new layout at least makes it easier to see the subsidiary seconds indicator without pulling your shirts cuff all the way up.
Since the new watch comes powered by a slightly refinished version of the ETA 2892-A2self-winding ebauche (although they renamed it as Tudor 2892, the only thing that seems to differ it from the base caliber is a branded and decorated oscillating weight), while the original was animated by a hand-wound Valjoux 234 caliber, the original and the “reissue” feature slightly different layouts of the dials.
Another change that makes me wince is the lack of the original fish-eye magnifying lens on the sapphire dial of the remake. The date aperture on the new watch is quite small and persons with poor eyesight (or even those who have to spend their waking hours staring at computer screens) will not find the experience of checking current date particularly rewarding.
The resemblance between the original and the reissue was, well, a little less than obvious, so, learning on past mistakes the brand decided to offer this new Tudor Heritage Chrono Blue featuring styling that makes it look almost like a faithful recreation of the old “Montecarlo” version of the same Oysterdate range.
Besides mildly reshaped hour and minute hands and new pointers on the sub-dials, the new watch also swaps the small seconds and 45-minute chronograph indicators.
What I really like about this Tudor watch replica is that the timekeeper swaps the crude-looking notched crown and push-pieces of the original in favor of new parts featuring more refined knurling pattern on gripping surfaces.
All in all, this is a very nice gadget for those who want to get a “classic” sporty timekeeper, but doesn’t care for a used watch with so many Oysterdates and other legendary names of dubious origin flooding the market in recent years. Price is still to be announced*, but it will surely cost less than a Rolex with similar functionality.
You have probably already noticed that the Heritage Chrono Blue‘s bezel features 11 Arabic numerals instead of the usual diving scale.

That’s perfectly normal since, with its not particularly impressive WR rating of 150 meters, this watch is clearly not a diver. So the bezel is supposed to be used as a second time zone indicator. To make using the GMT function easier, mens Tudor copy watch decided to allow the bezel to rotate both in clock- and counterclockwise directions.
